Appointments can either be paid weekly, 48 hours in advance of the appointment, or can be paid in full for the course of therapy.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as you are aware that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Unfortunately, appointments cancelled at less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full fee. This also applies to unforeseen events (such as illness or childcare difficulties) as all consultations are pre-arranged and it is unlikely that we will be able to offer the appointment slot to another client within this timeframe.

What if you want to stop therapy?

We very much promote choice and shared power within therapy, therefore, if you decide at any point that you no longer want to proceed with therapy then, if you have paid in full for future sessions, the costs for remaining sessions will be refunded to you in line with our terms and conditions regarding notice periods for cancelling sessions.

Confidentiality Policy

As registered clinicians, it is our professional and legal duty to respect and protect the confidentiality of clients.

However, in some circumstances, such as as situation where we need to prevent serious harm to a client (or other people) then it may be necessary to disclose confidential information. We would seek appropriate advice and support from relevant agencies within this process. Wherever possible, we would hope to discuss this with you openly at the time.
